Ok all, this is just FUNNY. Given all the surrounding controversy this week over whether you should or should not eat grains, I love that the gals @the Liberated Kitchen could keep it light! BTW, they are a gluten free household.

As for this week – there have been big changes afoot here at The Liberated Kitchen – Kelsy and I have undergone a role reversal of sorts. I also shared a GAPS-legal version of a favorite childhood treat (lemon curd), and one of our favorite snacks to pack, beef jerky!
