Are you a FREAK? We are. We are REAL FOOD FREAKS and we are not ashamed! Freaky Friday’s are your day to write a comment or blog about why you are a freak, what you did this week that made someone think you were a freak, or post your FREAKY REAL FOOD RECIPES. If you post a freaky recipe, please make it freaky by it being your OWN recipe. From time to time I will post a good recipe someone else has shared. However, FREAKY FRIDAYS are about what make you UNIQUE! Feel free to take a basic recipe and tweak it. But it has to be YOUR CREATIVE UNIQUE recipe. Got it? Are we clear? You also must post REAL FOOD. We will pull it down if it contains fake food because that is not what we are about. If you are not sure if your recipe has fake food, please do not post. You may want to spend some time reading through our blogs to get a sense for what we believe to be REAL and FAKE.
Additionally, you will need to post a link back to this specific post (not our home page). This is just a blog courtesy for being able to share your blog on our site. If you do not link back we will have to pull your link down. Sorry.
Here are the rules:
1. As blog carnival etiquette we ask that everyone who posts place a link back to this blog. If you see a post that does not link back, can you please send me an email so we can pull the link down: admin@realfoodfreaks.com.
2. Also, people come to this blog to find real food recipes and ideas. If you see a post that has FAKE FOOD posted, please tell me so I can remove it. I realize we are all learning here, but there are some food items that we just can not promote on Real Food Freaks because they are basically toxic. I would hate for a newbie to think that soy products or margarine are considered real when in fact they are completely FAKE!
3. Please help us by a Retweet and Facebook link to this page and also any sites you visit!
4. Please leave a brief comment about your post. If this is your first time commenting on our blog, you will have to wait to be moderated just this one time.
If you don’t have a blog we still want to hear from you! Please leave your tips or recipes in the comments.
Thank you!

Thanks for hosting. I shared a yummy Chocolate Vanilla Marble Fudge recipe (w/ dairy-free option). It’s so easy to make and has nourishing ingredients. My post has not showed up yet, hopefully it will soon, maybe I need to try again.
It looks like it showed up, Emily. Thanks for sharing!
